My mission is to create a world of possibility for women in design and entrepreneurship.
I am the owner of Kareracter, a creative studio building brands with personality. Kareracter was born in my college dorm room in 2015. I am a self-taught graphic designer specializing in the art of hand-lettering. Upon graduation in May of 2017, I took the plunge into full-time entrepreneurship. I've worked with over 50 individual clients and a dozen established organizations.
We offer visual solutions to clients who are socially-driven, innovative, and women-led organizations that support a team of emerging women designers. We aim to be the home-base for emerging designers looking to create meaningful work in an environment that celebrates their personal and creative identity.
I graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and a minor in Business. I've had the privilege of working for Google, Leo Burnett, James R. Jordan Foundation, and Chicago Scholars. I am the former peer advisor for the Obama Foundation, Starting Bloc alum, and current Scholar at the 2018 Aspen Ideas Festival.
